MayWell, here I am with another batch of essays. I would have liked to release it just before the first of the month, as usual, but I was right in the middle of writing the monstrously long On Authority, and there was no point in stopping halfway.If you go read it, you'll probably notice the (minor) new navigational feature I added, threads. I am very pleased with the essay On Walking. There's a frame of mind I can sometimes get into, in which my thoughts seem to become clear and wide-ranging. I think of that frame of mind, that subset of my personality, as Urticator; and I was well into it when I wrote the above essay. I really like it when a train of thought brings so many disparate ideas together. There are various other new essays, but I'll let you find them in the details.
